Wedding Diamond Coast Hotel Enniscrone

02nd November 2015
Mary T and James came home from the other side of the globe to celebrate their wedding among family and friends in Swinford Co Mayo followed by a reception in the superb (...and one of my favorite hotels to work in) Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone.
Although I was booked over two years prior to their wedding, I first met them about 6 months prior to their big day when Mary T was a bridesmaid at her good friend Fiona and Dave's wedding last Christmas...and fair play to Fiona for making the journey home too to witness this super event!
When I met the lads a few days prior to their wedding, I was delighted to hear that Niall Megahey from Complete Weddings was covering the video side of things. Niall is a gentleman and I last worked with him a couple of years ago at Mike Denver's wedding....lovely guy to be working alongside and his work is top notch!
I was also pretty happy to hear that Fr John Kenny was the celebrant....this meant that we had a reliable photography back up in case anything went wrong with my images!!
Mary T was a pleasure to be around on her wedding day and thank you to her parents Mary and John for their warm welcome on the morning of the wedding. I mustn't forget James and his family too, thank you Breege and Séamus for being great people to be around!
A typical summers day, we experienced a few showers along with some sunshine but the strong winds meant we used the shelter of Belleek woods to take some photos before making the journey to one of my favourite hotels, the Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone.
It's one of the most welcoming hotels to work in, and one of the reasons for that is their excellent hard working wedding co-ordinator Mary! The hotel always works as a team with their wedding suppliers trying to ensure that all couples have the best possible experience they can on wedding days!
The Weightless Cosmonauts rounded off a fantastic day and well done to Nicola and her crew for having a packed dance floor!

Thank you Mary T and James for trusting in me with your wedding photography and I wish you both the very best in your lives over in Oz....please God we'll cross paths sometime in the future and between now and then, mind yourselves!!
