Kinnitty Castle Wedding Co Offaly

17th November 2013

I had the very good fortune of covering Liz and Keith's wedding in Kinnitty Castle Co Offaly recently.
Thoroughly enjoyable, great bridal party and a wonderful bunch of cordial and jovial guests is one of the ways to describe Liz and Keith's wedding. We first met over a year prior to the wedding when we had a chin wag about their requirements, and I was delighted when they booked me for their wedding. On occasion when you meet couples, you know by their demeanour what kind of people they are and I knew when we first met up that they were a fun couple who were exceptionally easy to talk too, and also very open.
Kinnitty Castle is also a very enchanting place, I had worked their before and although returning there under slightly different weather conditions, it's a fantastic place for a wedding.
Reminiscing on Liz and Keith's wedding day, It was great to witness one of the best witty, honest and brotherly love speeches that I've ever heard. Love being present and catching these moments. Also great to see Keith get up and play some tunes with the brilliant Raindance along with his brother. Raindance are one of the best (and fun) wedding bands that you'll come across, great bunch of lads and I always look forward to their arrival when I'm covering the late shift at weddings!
Great to be among guests who seemed to just leave their worries at the entrance to the hotel and just simply enjoyed themselves and joined in on the great occasion that the day was.
Finally, it was brilliant to have got to know Liz and Keith and build up a relationship and friendship with two great people. Their wedding album is on order and I look forward to catching up with them again in a couple of weeks time. Thanks for a mighty days lads!
