Diamond Coast Hotel Enniscrone Wedding

02nd March 2016
Arlene and John were married on a cold but majestic day....Halloween in actual fact which also the day of the Rugby World Cup final in England!
A bonus to get some rays of sunshine at the end of October.....indeed the views from Arlene's home which looked out at Ben Bulben were majestic....winter sunshine and the golden colors of Autumn, Dromore West in Sligo was looking splendid!
Arlene is a lady, a beautiful person, and a pleasure to be with on her wedding day.
I'm grateful to her mum Angela for the lovely welcome received in her home.....and it was also good to bump into the jovial (and want to be bridesmaid) Gary Loughlin....always assisting people (Bridesmaids/groomsmen/fathers of the bride) on wedding days as seen in the images below!
There wedding ceremony took place in Templeboy Village, a short journey up the road from Arlene's home place and fair play to groom John, and his groomsmen Michael and John
for being jovial, approachable and extremely cooperative with regards the photo....equally I must thank bridesmaids Fiona and Erin for the same ethos!
The church in Templeboy is beautiful and it's a pity I can't recall the name of the priest as he was exceptionally friendly and extremely cooperative...such a treat to arrive in the church and receive such a positive energy such as he was.
After the ceremomny, we availed of the heat in the church for the family portraits before using Dromore again for some bridal party photos. Again, having a bridal party that work with you, don't mention the cold and show a willingness to get some nice photos is a recipe that makes my job a breeze...thank you once again to all involved here!
After the shoot in Dromore, we made our final journey to a favourite hotel of mine....the Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone

It’s a pleasure working with wedding Co-Ordinator Mary Clarke, and indeed a hotel where staff always work well with wedding suppliers ensuring that both the Bride and Groom have the most enjoyable day possible. The hotel looked splendid with a strong Halloween theme on display, and indeed the array of pumpkins on the tables in the function room was splendid. Plenty of television were switched on too so all the men could enjoy the Rugby world cup final where the All Blacks beat Australia.

Thanks again Arlene and John for trusting me with your wedding photography, and also for having a cracking bridal party who were great to work with. I wish you both the very best and we’ll be in touch regarding the album shortly...until then, mind yourselves!!

Some images of the day are below and a photo slideshow is can be viewed at the bottom of the page
